Keeping Our People Well At home
If you are not ready for full residential care but need help to live well at home, in-home care from KOPWA is the ideal solution. This may include visits from a registered nurse, care worker or domestic support worker.
When you confirm you are eligible for home care, we will design a package that’s based on your requirements and life goals.
We are here to listen to you and we will help you stay at home by:
- Visiting you at home to discuss your care needs and funding options
- Co-ordinating all your care services
- Matching you with the most suitable carers
- Continually supporting you in your ongoing care needs
Please contact us on (02) 9412 0270 for more details.

Home care packages
Home care packages help Australians over the age of 65 to maintain independence at home, while still accessing the care they need. This service is subsidised by the Australian Government and is offered as Home care package levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 depending on your level of care required.
An Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) will need to be completed and this can be requested via My Aged Care, your GP, a nurse, social worker or other health care professional you may currently have contact with. Once the assessment has been completed, ACAT will inform you of the outcome in writing, specifying the level of service you may require.
In order to qualify for government funding for a Home Care Package, your income will be assessed to determine if you are eligible to receive a government funded Home care package. We have many self-funded retirees who take advantage of our affordable fee for service care within the community.
Give us a call and we will visit you at home to explain the process of putting your home care in place.
