Enrolled Nurse (EN)
-
Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide clinical care, administer medications (where qualified), and assist with monitoring residents’ health and care needs.
Cleaning and Laundry Staff
-
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment throughout the facility. Laundry staff also ensure residents’ clothing and linen are washed, dried, and returned with care.
Administration Officer
-
Welcomes visitors, manages bookings and communication, and supports the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Registered Nurse (RN)
-
Responsible for coordinating and delivering clinical care, managing medications, monitoring health conditions, and supervising care staff. RNs ensure residents receive safe, high-quality nursing support and advocate for their wellbeing.
Chef/Kitchen Hand
-
Prepares daily meals tailored to residents’ dietary requirements, preferences, and nutritional needs. Works closely with dietitians and care staff to ensure meals are safe, enjoyable, and nourishing.
Lifestyle Coordinator
-
Plans and facilitates engaging activities, events, and programs that promote residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing — including art, music, exercise, and outings.
Assistant In Nursing (AIN)

Provides day-to-day personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and companionship. AINs are often the team members residents interact with most.
Maintenance Officer
-
Takes care of general repairs, safety checks, and the upkeep of the physical environment. Helps ensure the facility is safe, functional, and comfortable.
Facility Manager
-
Oversees the entire residential facility, including clinical care, staffing, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Ensures the service runs smoothly, safely, and in line with quality standards.
